General Information
CLASS DETAILS
Lessons will be conducted online by well trained, experienced and passionate teachers.
Minimum age for enrollment is 6 years. There is no upper age limit.
Students will be placed in groups, considering the age and ability level .
There will be one class per week.
Class duration will be 1 hour.
Regular attendance will be a requirement in the interest of all the students.
Internet facility and a dedicated computer to every student are essential.
Class times are:
For school going students: Wednesdays 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm.
For adult students: Fridays 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm
The above time is Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT). Please work out the corresponding time in your own region or country.
FEE DETAILS
School going students: A$70 per term.
Adult students: A$200 per term.
We follow the school terms of Victoria, Australia. There will be 9 to 11 lessons in each term (depending on the school term length). Fees are payable on a ‘per term’ basis, irrespective of the length of the term. Students will have a two week break after each term.
An invoice will be sent at the beginning of each term and the fee is payable in advance.
Term fee is not refundable.
If 2 or more students from the same family are enrolled on this online course, each student will get a 15% discount on the fee. Third student will be entitled to a 50% discount.
Students already enrolled in a face to face course at Bharathi Academy will receive a 50% discount. No other discount is applicable together with this.
We request students not to miss lessons. If a lesson is missed, there will be no refund. The only exception to this is absenteeism for 3 weeks or more due to illness or overseas travel. Documentary evidence should be submitted for both.
Bharathi Academy reserves the right to change the duration of lessons, class time or the fee at any time in the future.
